The Challenge: Valuable dental recommendations often go uncompensated and forgotten, leading to missed opportunities and poor treatment outcomes for both professionals and patients. Tracking and record keeping of recommendations and purchases is difficult and time consuming.
Our Insight: The traditional method of sharing dental product recommendations is flawed, with a significant drop in patient follow-through and patient compliance. Usually delivered verbally or in brief notes, patients must navigate and purchase recommended products themselves. Vague guidance can also overwhelm patients with complex and conflicting choices.
